Where we ship: Australia-wide from Landsdale, Western Australia.

Free shipping: Orders of $90 or more ship free Australia-wide with StarTrack Premium (fixed price, tracked). Orders under $90: shipping is calculated at checkout.

Processing time: Orders are usually packed and dispatched within a few business days.

Delivery times: Delivery times vary by location; Perth metro is usually fastest, regional and remote areas take longer.

Carrier and tracking: We ship with StarTrack and you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates; public holidays, weather and peak periods can cause delays outside our control.
